# Privacy Policy > The rules on using andacguven.com, how contact details are collected, email communication and how information is shared. Kaynak / Source: https://andacguven.com/en/privacy-policy Yazar / Author: Andaç Güven --- This Privacy Policy (the “Policy”) sets out the privacy terms between visitors and users (the “User”) of the content, tools, newsletter, digital content (lead magnets) and waitlist services (the “Services”) offered on andacguven.com and its pages (the “Site”), and Andaç Güven, the owner of the Site and data controller (the “Site Owner”). Every User who uses the Site or submits a form on it declares that they have read and accepted this Policy. Detailed information on how personal data is processed is given in the [Personal Data Notice](https://andacguven.com/en/personal-data-notice), and the permissions for commercial email and sharing are set out in the [Explicit Consent Text](https://andacguven.com/en/explicit-consent). These texts form an integral part of this Policy. ## 1. Information collected - **Information provided by the User:** name, email address and message content shared when joining a waitlist, requesting digital content, subscribing to the newsletter or getting in touch by email. - **Consent records:** the date of each consent, the version of the consent text and the form through which it was given. - **Information processed automatically:** one-way hashes of the IP address and browser details (the raw IP address is not stored) and server logs, for security and abuse prevention. - **Usage data:** page views, device and approximate location through Google Analytics, only if the User allows it in the cookie settings. Information entered into the tools on the Site (UTM, QR code, title/meta checker, robots.txt, sitemap, text tools and similar) is processed only in the User’s browser; it is never sent to the Site Owner or the server and is not stored. ## 2. Purposes of use Information is used to deliver the requested digital content and updates, run the waitlist and newsletter, answer User requests, keep the Site secure, improve the Services and meet legal obligations. ## 3. Electronic communication Where the User has given the relevant consent, the Site Owner may send the User newsletters, announcements, campaigns, promotions and other commercial electronic messages by email. These messages may be sent on behalf of the Site Owner, the Site Owner’s projects or business partners. The User may refuse to receive messages at any time, without giving a reason and free of charge, by using the unsubscribe link in each message or by writing to [hello@andacguven.com](mailto:hello@andacguven.com). A refusal is processed within the period set by law (at most three business days). ## 4. Sharing information The Site Owner may share the User’s email address and related contact details with: 1. hosting, email delivery and newsletter providers used to deliver the Services (such as Beehiiv, MailerLite, Brevo, Mailchimp and similar providers); 2. where the User has given explicit consent, third-party business partners with whom marketing and collaboration is carried out; 3. where the User has given explicit consent, projects and companies owned or run by the Site Owner (including Webside, pazarlamax.tr, yzrehberi.tr, seorankup.ai, uidesign.best, Freelancerland and projects the Site Owner launches in the future); 4. authorised public bodies, to meet legal obligations and upon request. Sharing is carried out in line with Turkey’s Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 and related legislation, limited to its purpose and proportionate. The Site Owner does not sell User information. ## 5. Cookies and third-party services - **Necessary cookies:** used to run the Site and remember User preferences. - **Analytics cookies (Google Analytics):** loaded only if the User allows it. Preferences can be changed at any time with the “Cookie preferences” button at the bottom of the page. - **YouTube:** videos are not loaded until the User presses play; the youtube-nocookie.com domain is then used. - **Calendly, LinkedIn and Beehiiv:** information the User shares after being sent to these services is subject to their privacy policies. ## 6. Information security The Site Owner takes reasonable technical and organisational measures, such as encrypted connections (HTTPS), access restrictions, security headers and rate limiting, to protect information against unauthorised access, loss and misuse. However, no transmission over the internet can be guaranteed to be completely secure. ## 7. Third-party links The Site may contain links to third-party websites. The Site Owner is not responsible for the privacy practices of those sites. ## 8. Minors The Services are not intended for people under 18. People under 18 should not submit forms. ## 9. Rights and contact Users may exercise the rights listed in Article 11 of Law No. 6698 as described in the [Personal Data Notice](https://andacguven.com/en/personal-data-notice).
