Explicit Consent Text

Acknowledging that I have read the Personal Data Notice and have been informed about the processing of my personal data, I declare that, under Turkey’s Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698, Law No. 6563 on the Regulation of Electronic Commerce and the Regulation on Commercial Communication and Commercial Electronic Messages, I give my explicit consent, freely, specifically and on an informed basis, to the following:

1. Commercial electronic messages: Andaç Güven (the “Data Controller”) sending newsletters, announcements, campaigns, events, product and service promotions and other commercial content to my email address as commercial electronic messages, on behalf of the Data Controller, the Data Controller’s projects and business partners;
2. Sharing with business partners: my name and email address being shared with third-party business partners with whom the Data Controller carries out marketing and collaboration, so that those partners can send me commercial electronic messages about their own products and services;
3. Sharing with projects: my name and email address being shared with projects and companies owned or run by the Data Controller (including Webside, pazarlamax.tr, yzrehberi.tr, seorankup.ai, uidesign.best, Freelancerland and projects launched in the future), and being contacted in connection with these projects;
4. Transfer abroad: limited to the purposes above, my personal data being transferred abroad through email and newsletter providers whose servers are outside Turkey, where the other transfer conditions in Article 9 of the Law are not available.

I understand that I may withdraw this consent at any time, without giving a reason and free of charge, by using the unsubscribe link in each message or by writing to guvenandac@gmail.com; that withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing before it; and that my refusal will be processed within the period set by law (at most three business days). I accept that my consent may be recorded in the Message Management System (İYS) where the law requires.

This text is accepted by ticking the relevant box in the forms on the Site. The date of consent and the version of the text are recorded.
