What we did, what changed.

Six projects picked from our work: the starting point, the steps we took and the result.

01

Vanity Clinic · International medical tourism

New domain, 72% more organic traffic

SEOSite migrationDomain change

Starting point

An aesthetic clinic serving patients from abroad in several languages was moving to a new platform and a new domain at once. Organic search was its main source of patients, and a domain change usually means months of lost traffic.

What we did

  1. We listed every URL on the old site, matched each one to its new address and built the 301 redirect map page by page.
  2. Every language version and the hreflang setup were kept one to one.
  3. Titles, descriptions and content moved to the new platform without loss.
  4. We filed a change of address in Search Console and submitted the new sitemaps.
  5. In the weeks after launch we watched crawl errors, 404s and ranking drops daily and fixed them right away.
02

Peerbie · SaaS · English-language market

Framer to WordPress: 5x visibility in six months

SEOPlatform migration

Starting point

A SaaS product selling to English-speaking markets ran its site on Framer. It was easy for design but made regular publishing, technical SEO and growth hard.

What we did

  1. We managed the platform change end to end and moved the site to WordPress.
  2. The URL structure was kept and redirects were set up for every changed address.
  3. Technical SEO foundations such as speed, indexing and structured data were rebuilt on the new stack.
  4. We expanded the English content around the problems the product solves.
03

Kamaksan Makina · Machinery manufacturer

ROAS up 2.3x on the same budget

Google Ads

Starting point

The ad budget was spent every month, but it was unclear which campaigns drove sales. The goal was a better return on each lira, not a bigger budget.

What we did

  1. We set up and verified conversion tracking so each sales action could be measured.
  2. The account was rebuilt around product groups, each with its own budget and target.
  3. Negative keyword lists from search term reports cut irrelevant clicks.
  4. Ad copy and landing page match were refreshed per product group.
  5. Bidding was set to a return target and tuned weekly.
04

UKBEM Belgelendirme · Certification body

1.8x more enquiries from the same traffic

Google AdsCRO

Starting point

Ads brought visitors, but they left without asking for a quote or information. The issue was not traffic; the site was not turning visitors into enquiries.

What we did

  1. Google Ads was rebuilt around leads, with forms and calls tracked as conversions.
  2. Campaigns were split by certificate type, each sending traffic to its own landing page.
  3. Service pages were simplified to answer which certificate, for whom and how long on the first screen.
  4. The quote form got shorter and trust signals such as accreditations and references moved next to it.
  5. Every change was measured before the next step.

Heating and cooling manufacturer

Among the top three brands AI assistants recommend

SEOGEO

Starting point

In a crowded sector the brand wanted to be visible on Google and in AI assistants like ChatGPT, where people now ask for product advice.

What we did

  1. Classic SEO was strengthened through technical work, content and internal links.
  2. We added GEO (generative engine optimisation): clear, verifiable product and use content that AI can cite.
  3. Structured data made the products and the brand machine readable.
  4. Consistent signals about the brand’s place in its sector were reinforced across the web.
06

Karadeniz Enerji · Energy

A corporate site worthy of an energy group

UI/UX designCorporate website

Starting point

In energy, trust, scale and technical capability must be felt at first glance. The group’s digital face did not convey that strength, and visitors could not reach what they needed quickly.

What we did

  1. We identified who visits (partners, customers, candidates) and what they look for, and built the page structure around it.
  2. The group’s activities were organised into a simple information architecture with a clear menu.
  3. We created a visual language and typography that feel trustworthy and fit the seriousness of the energy sector.
  4. The interface was designed and built to load fast and read just as well on mobile.
