Someone has to lead marketing.
Many growing companies do not need a full-time marketing director yet, but they do need someone who runs marketing, sets priorities and owns the results. As a fractional CMO I take on that role on set days of the week, like part of your team.
- Companies with a small or newly formed marketing team
- Businesses whose marketing is spread across people and agencies with no one leading it
- Brands entering a growth phase that want to make marketing systematic
- Companies that want to build the structure before hiring a full-time marketing director
What we work on.
- Marketing strategy, goals and budget management
- Managing the team, agencies and partners, and the brief process
- Running the campaign and content plan
- Measurement, reporting and regular updates to management
- Building the team and supporting hiring when needed
How we work.
- Intro and fit: we clarify goals, team and expectations.
- First month: I review where you stand and set the priorities and a 90-day plan.
- Leading: on the agreed days of the week I run the plan with your team.
- Reporting: I share results and next steps with management regularly.
Format: Monthly, on set days of the week, joining your team meetings and tools.
Before you start.
How is it different from consulting?
Consulting gives direction; a fractional CMO runs marketing and owns the results. I work directly with the team, agencies and management.
Who does the execution?
Your team, the Webside team or specialist partners I trust do the execution; I assign the work, follow it up and check the delivery. Some of the work I do myself.
How long do we work together?
It depends on what your company needs. For some companies the goal is to build the structure and hand it over to a full-time leader; we plan that handover together too.
Let’s talk about what you need.
